ELIGIBILITY: ALL WORK SUBMITTED MUST BE FOR SALE. Any NOMOART member in good standing may submit original art in any media. All art must be created by the artist submitting it. Each artist must supply 3 works for the jury to approve. Once approved the artist may submit art at will to be displayed in Marceline (minimum 1 piece). Nudes may be rejected by some display locations. No questionable material will be allowed.
METHOD OF SELECTION: Panel of Jurors shall be the Board of Directors. If an even number of board members are voting, the president will vote to break all ties. Otherwise the president will not vote.
JURY METHOD: Entry is with original art or by digital photo, or by 2X2 - 35 MM slide labeled with artist name, slide number, title of work, framed size, price and “T” on top front of slide to indicate top of art. “T” and slide number must be on the front. Digital photo of each piece of original art must be emailed to info@nomoart.com and numbered accordingly as to the fields listed below: Title, Size, Media, Price and Date Created.
SALES
: 70% of the sale price shall go to the artist. The remaining 30% shall go to the North Missouri Arts Council. All accounts will be settled at the end of each month.
CONDITIONS, DELIVERY AND PICK UP: Delivery of the artist selected work must be prior to the next exhibition period. Each exhibition shall be on display for a three month period. Once sold artwork must be paid for and removed by purchaser. Art not sold may be left for one more additional display period. We recommend all art be replaced after one exhibition period. Art may be redisplayed after two additional periods. Displayed art must be original with the exception of post cards, greeting cards and similar material created form the artist original art. Artist must display one piece of original art in order to be allowed to sell prints (cards etc.). Artist will be responsible for art pick up arrangements. Art abandoned for more than 12 months after two display periods may be disposed of by auction or other means with proceeds going to the North Missouri Arts Council.
LIABILITY: All possible care will be taken of the work submitted. However, the merchant displaying and the North Missouri Arts Council do not assume any liability for the loss or damage to artwork. The artist assumes responsibility for insurance of the artwork. The North Missouri Arts Council accepts no liability on any agreement negotiated directly between artist and merchant.

This form must be completed in full including social security number or business tax ID number and signature. Submission of digital artwork by hitting the submit button indicates acceptance of all conditions listed in this agreement.
